A gifted medical school student Summer Young fails her test, so she has to take it over. Her professor Will Young asks her to convince John Oldman, who has an incurable disease, to come back to the hospital and to continue the therapy. While Summer is trying to take John back, John asks her to look for the spirit of his died wife. In the short seven days of summer, they start a warm but crazy journey together.

"AGAIN" is a 2D short animation that explores the idea that life is a series of meaningless routines. The protagonist attempts to escape from this endlessly repeating world by committing countless suicides, but he never successes. Even the sufferings are still part of the cycle of repetition. Finally, he realizes that inner happiness is the best way to achieve the freedom he seeks.
