An FBI agent who remained a wallflower most of his career becomes the hero of the northern California office after he catches the most sought-after drug dealer.

Rick (Boris Godzinevski) is completely dissatisfied with modern life, and so he attempts to live in what he feels was a better era: the 1980s. Some pity him, others despise him.
