Emmy-award winner Terry Becker and superstar band Radiohead lend their talents to a timeless story of individuals who have the ability to write people's dreams. The Writer chronicles the tale of Joshua Knowne (Jeff Jordan), who suffers from a horrific series of nightmares until he meets a psychiatrist named Dr. Solomon (Becker) that recognizes his gift. Joshua learns his nightmares are linked to his power: they enable him to see the pain others are experiencing. He must take that knowledge, then, and compose dreams which show people an end to their suffering. His journey toward that goal, however, is darker and more dangerous than he could possibly imagine...
