Lucy runs away from home, thinking she has caused trouble between Reini and Dick. A drug addicted prostitute patient knows something about Eric. A pair of twin brothers, one in a coma, the other having a nervous breakdown, end up in MCW.

Paul & Merel return from Portugal because she feels her end is near. Tessa challenges Reini's authority by implementing new measures. Selma's pregnant friend Marjan is diagnosed with having a tumor in her breast. Nel is having trouble with Jaap and finds herself attracted to a patient who dreams of a career in music.

Joy's half brother says he wants to go straight, but Tessa remains skeptical. The Commision reviews the working relationship between Simon and Liza. Alberts is setting a trap for Victor Brouwer and pressures Jan to provide evidence.
