A seventeen years old, Anri, comes to Prince Edward Island for three weeks. Riding her bicycle every day, she gradually uncovers some small clues concerning the mysterious soldier: he was the first love of her recently deceased grandmother, and the man who gave her the book "Anne of Green Gables".
