- Satan wants to destroy Princess Knight and put his daughter Zenda on the throne. Soon he comes up with a cruel plot to turn Gary's daughter into a swan, and uses her to lure Princess Knight to his lair.

- Duke Duralumon and Nylon strike up an alliance with King Narr. Their plotting sends Prince Frank into the hands of a Witch!

- Prince Frank gives Princess Knight a magic pen that can only write the truth. When Nylon finds out about the pen, he attempts to use it to trick the Princess into revealing her true identity.
- Pegasus has come to Earth to teach the Princess how to be a gentle girl. Princess Knight, however, wants to capture Pegasus because she thinks he'll bring happiness to Silverland. However, Nylon decides to capture the horse first in hopes of luring the Princess to her doom.
