- The opening episode in the series introduces us to G-Force - 5 orphans enlisted to defend the Earth against enemies from the hostile world of Spectra. The first attack comes in the form of the space terrapin - a giant, turtle-like machine heavily armed and able to crush Earth's air & sea defences. G-Force is called in to deal with it, as the sinister Zoltar & the terrapin's C.O., Commander Gorak, attack Earth's shipping lanes and try to steal a substance known as VitaLumen. When G-Force members steal aboard the Terrapin, they find themselves in trouble when they are cornered by Spectran soldiers...
- When 2 astronauts returning from a mission disappear on reentry, G-Force is called in to investigate. Chief Anderson warns that the astronauts have probably been captured by Spectra as they had uncovered the location of giant, undetected alien bases on Earth. The data was kept on a tape in the astronauts' capsule but is now in the hands of Commander Gorak and Spectra. G-Force must locate the Spectrans' main base, rescue the astronauts, and find the data tape before it can be returned to Spectra...
- G-Force is dispatched to Zarkadia, a planet discovered by 7-Zark-7, to investigate mysterious jetliner disappearances. Spectra's presence confirmed when Zoltar unleashes his latest weapon: a giant mummy. Mark befriends young orphan Buddy.
- An outsized mechanical death machine, the Space Serpent, is causing massive earthquakes and destroying Earth's oil refineries. Mark is sent to investigate with a geologist colleague, who suspects he can locate the source of the problem. The 2 men are caught in a quake and evacuate the building, but the geologist falls into a hole created by the Space Serpent. Despite Mark's best efforts, he is unable to rescue the man and is forced to flee himself. The man's daughter turns her anger on Mark, until the G-Force team brings her face-to-face with Spectra's horrible death machine..
- On the remote planet Mir, an underwater station is being built. A series of losses of equipment is delaying its construction, and Intergalactic Federation President Cain suspects that the planet's deposed leader is now in league with Spectra. It turns out he is correct. G-Force flies to Mir to investigate and finds themselves up against a fleet of warships, which self-destruct to release an army of deadly aircraft. The Phoenix quickly runs out of ammunition against the aircraft. Will they be able to escape?
- Keyop wants to prove his worth and goes out on his own when G-Force travels to a planet in Galaxy 30 to protect a top secret Federation underwater base from being destroyed by a giant anemone.
- A swarm of alien insects attack Earth. G-Force learns they originated from planet Tramulus, where the mighty Antoff is collaborating with Spectra and preparing a giant mechanical ant to send to Earth.
- The Intergalactic Defense Force on the water planet of Aquatica is attacked by a giant mechanical Sea Dragon. It swiftly demolishes a fleet of Robot planes from Ursa Minor, as well as the Tigers from Andromeda before G-Force is even assembled to blast off from Earth. When even the fiery Phoenix proves no match for the Sea Dragon, G-Force has to retreat, but returns with a repaired Phoenix and a new freeze weapon developed by 7-Zark-7.
- Mark is chosen to test pilot a new aircraft at an airshow. As he starts his takeoff roll, a sinister biplane appears and attacks his plane, crippling it and forcing Mark to bail out over the water. The pilot is the mysterious Captain Doom, a space pirate from the distant planet Urgos. Anderson immediately orders the team to go after Doom after rescuing Mark, but the fight ends badly for them as Capt. Doom's plane damages the Phoenix. After escaping back to Center Neptune, the team is ordered back to the mysterious space pirate's home world to face him.... on HIS terms.
- G-Force is escorting the new FY-9 to planet Riga, but Spectra agents have replaced the pilots and are heading to Spectra instead. Colonel Cronus and his Riga fighters join the battle, confusing G-Force even more.
- A giant cockroach-shaped monster is gobbling up all of Earth's sugar reserves. Mark, Jason and an especially concerned Tiny infiltrate the mechanical beast, leaving Princess and Keyop to pilot the Phoenix.
- Commander Typhon of Scorpius has allied himself with Spectra. His Scorpion Robot is causing meteor storms on Callisto, moon of Jupiter, and is targeting Earth. G-Force heads for Spectra itself to locate and defeat Typhon.
- Spectra mini-robots steal gold from the Intergalactic Federation Bank vault. With the entire Universe's economies at stake, G-Force travels to the Paya Archipelago Islands to infiltrate a hidden base and retrieve the bullion.
- Natives and Federation workers have disappeared on the planet Riga. The Phoenix receives an antimatter coating for it's trip to Riga, where they face a self replicating creature with 1,000 eyes.
- Zoltar steals the Metamorphosis-1, a giant machine that can take on various shapes from the Robot Center on Earth as well as all of Center Neptune's computer secrets. Keyop takes on a solo mission to retrieve the secret microfilm.
- Keyop and several street kids find beetles at a construction site and take them home as pets. At night, the beetles grow to enormous sizes and kidnap the boys, using them as power sources as they wreak havoc on Capital City.
- A cruise ship and all it's passengers, including Professor Wilde and his granddaughter Angie, are swallowed by a mechanical iceberg made by Spectra. Zoltar will stop at nothing to get the Professor's secret life formula from him.
- Bay City is attacked by a giant mechanical whale. Keyop adopts an orphaned baby whale that he names 'Nambu', who leads G-Force North to the location of a secret Spectra radar station.
- Professor Doriarty uses a mechanical horse to win at the races. Spectra kidnaps the professor and offers him a job. He counters by demanding to take Zoltar's place as Spectra's new leader. G-Force travels to Spectra to stop him.
- G-Force must attempt to stop a seemingly unstoppable black sphere war machine, but Mark wants to find a definite means to do so first over Jason's protests.
- The members of G-Force guard various scientist after other have been kidnapped by a giant whistling mummy. All clues lead to an amusement park where Keyop is drawn to a hypnotic flute player.
- When a giant lava monster erupts out of Monument Mountain on Space Island, sculptress Ameilia is suspected of working with Spectra. But Princess is convinced her old friend is innocent.
- Tiny is suspended after sleeping on the job. He returns to his native fishing village, only to find it under attack of a giant sea creature. G-Force is soon on the case, personally led by Chief Anderson this time.
- Jason enters a continental auto race with a fellow driver named Lucy. However, Lucy is not all she seems to be. Although used by Spectra to infiltrate G-Force via Jason, Lucy is not able to complete her mission because she has grown fond of Jason. This is quite a feat, especially after the revelation that she is a robot.
- Dahmbo and his robot people will get their independence from Spectra if they can make the Earth surrender using their invisible Grasshopper robot. G-Force uses newly invented Weather Control Missiles to counter the attack.
