- Midnight gets a job driving a produce delivery truck after he suspects the company to be a front for counterfeiters.
- While Jackson plays with his newest invention, and omni-counter, old friend George Maynard arrives at headquarters. George has concerns about diamonds being smuggled over the Mexican border. Jackson flies down to New Mexico to investigate and accidentally picks up readings of diamonds in the desert. Jackson lands to investigate, and deducts that someone is using herds of wild horses to run diamonds back and forward between Mexico and the United States. While out investigating, someone tries to shoot Jackson but escapes. Later the shooter meets two other men and discusses the situation. Jackson follows a set of horse prints till they stop at tire tracks. There they find a discarded horseshoe with a diamond in it. Heading to the local town they see the sheriff. It is arranged to drive the wild herd through the town, and the trained horse will join them and betray its owner, assumed to be the leader of the smuggling ring. The plan works and the sheriff arrests the men
- Tut shows Jackson his latest invention, a universal lock opener. The discussion is interrupted by a news flash about a major bank robbery. A young boy, Jefferson Bishop arrives for a meeting with Jackson. His dog is sick and the boy thinks he might be poisoned by some bad meat he purchased. Jackson agrees and decides to talk to the meat merchant. The butcher is amicable and agrees to help the boy out. As the pair leave, two men enter the shop. Jackson recognizes one of them as the guard from the bank robbery earlier in the day and organizes Ikkie and the boy to follow the men. Jackson continues sniffing around and finds a locker rented by the men full of money. Jackson follows up on Ikkie's lead and attempts to apprehend the two men, but is himself ambushed by a third gangster. The three criminals regroup and decide to dispose of Jackson in the ice cooler. Ikkie goes back to HQ and calls all secret squadron members to be on the lookout for Jackson. As the criminals get ready to divide up the money and leave town, they discover Jackson has substituted it with meat, and decide to return to take care of him. At the ice works, Jackson carves SQ1 into a block of ice that is seen by a customer who is also a member of the secret squadron; she contacts Ikkie at HQ who heads to the ice warehouse and rescues Jackson.
- The "Doctors" have a secret nuclear laboratory in a sanitarium. Captain Midnight, Ikky and Dr. Jones try to sneak in.
- Dereck Strange, calls Jet Jackson requesting a meeting at the rocket proving grounds. At the presentation it is noticed Strange is absent. After the successful test Jackson goes to investigate Dereck's disappearance. Elsewhere Stange, has been abducted and forced to reveal the secrets of the rockets. Following a series of clues pertaining to Greek Gods, Jackson tracks down the kidnappers. Jackson arrives at their lair to find three of the kidnappers, but they have already disposed of Strange. Jackson discovers the scientist is on the next plane destined to be shot in tests. Ikky fails to stop the test and at the last second Jackson and Strange parachute to safety.
- The daughter of a distinguished businessman, asks for the help of Captain Midnight. After hearing the girls story, that is cut short by her mother, Captain Midnight and Ikky decide to visit the girl and her mother. Captain Midnight decides to help the family after hearing the whole story. Captain Midnight is now on a mission to bring home the businessman and millions of dollars that he is protecting from some desperate crooks.
- Captain Midnight is helping the U.S. government with the evacuation of a Pacific island that is set for an Atomic test. But due to an outsiders interference the islanders refuse to leave and begin to cause trouble for Captain Midnight And Ikky.
- A wanted criminal surrenders to Midnight but it's a ruse to gain access to our hero's file cabinet. When that fails, Dr. "Tut" Jones is kidnapped.
- A kidnapped diamond cutter is replaced by a lookalike thief. The diamond cutter's son seeks out help from Captain Midnight.
- Mr. Hobson, an American security specialist, reports that an enemy radio transmitter in Mexico has broken down. Since his men have broken the enemy's code, they want the transmitter repaired as soon as possible so they can continue to monitor the broadcasts. Captain Midnight and Icky volunteer to travel to the remote mountain area where the transmitter is located posing as fix-it men in hopes of being hired to repair the broken equipment - and do some poking around in the enemy's base on the side.
- Captain Midnight and Ikky are checking out a tunnel in a volcano. Some unsavory crooks have something to hide and plan on causing a cave-in to trap them in. Unfortunately for them their plan fails and Captain Midnight and crew escape. Now Captain Midnight plans on checking the volcano closer to the lava using a "fire-suit" invented by Tut. But will he survive when one of the crooks also puts on a "fire-suit".
- Captain Midnight goes into action when a fragment of a powerful radioactive element called Ormondium is stolen by foreign agents.
- While investigating a seismic disturbance near the Canadian border in Washington, Captain Midnight takes goes undercover as a lumberjack.
- Jet Jackson examines 'Tut's latest invention, a language translation machine. As the fine tune it, a distress message comes through. Branco Pravelic urgently needs to meet with Jackson at the fishing docks. Jackson flies to the rendezvous. Branco explains the leader of his former country, Zarbor, needs to be freed and returned to the USA. As Jackson flies over the Bacarvian border they come under anti aircraft fire, but avoid this before landing near Zarbor's location. They are intercepted by a female soldier who believes their story of being exchange students. Reaching a major town, they touch base with a local contact who shows them how to find Zarbor. Ikky distracts a guard while Jackson makes contact with the prisoner. It is planned to return that night and free him man. The plan worked and despite security forces being on high alert Jackson flies out with Zarbor. Part way home Zarbor begins to explain that he needs to remain in the country and assist his people in attempting to remove the enemy from his country. Jackson finally agrees and reports home that the mission failed.
- The Captain and Ikky go to Alaska to test the transmission range of Dr. Jones newly invented transistor. When their ski plane is forced to land, they are grabbed by foreign agents.
- After Captain Midnight flies through a freak hurricane he gets a message from one of his Secret Squadron members. It turns out that the creator of a climate changing machine has been kidnapped, along with his daughter. Captain Midnight follows the clues that the girl has left behind. Captain Midnight eventually tracks down the kidnappers. But will he be in time to save the girls life.
- When Captain Midnight is informed that a friend who is in Arizona looking for a mineral named "Thorium" and was shot needs help, he and Ikky fly in their Silver Dart jet plane to help him.
- In Africa, Midnight tries to stop inter-tribal warfare and learn the sinister plot behind the unrest.
- Captain Midnight and Ikky get involved with a sunken jewel mystery. A woman and her son tell Captain Midnight about her husband who went down with the ship he was on. The woman believes his small chest of jewels are still on the sunken ship somewhere. Now Captain Midnight is on a underwater adventure in search of this sunken treasure.
- Flying home, Captain Midnight and Ichabod stop to refuel in White River Alaska. They agree to fly a small prop plane to a remote location to pick up a sick man where they are kidnapped by a group of foreign spies disguised as Eskimos.
- Captain Midnight and Ikky fly to Cairo, Egypt to find a lost archeologists. Along the way the explorer's daughter joins Captain Midnight in their search. Finding the archeologists isn't the only thing they find. Egyptian ruins, mummy tombs, and pharaohs curses are sure to follow. Will they find the secret behind why the archeologists is missing?
- Professor Morgan requests the help of Jackson's chief scientist 'Tut' an experiment he's working on consistently fails. He wants to relocate to Jackson's labs and try again. The experiment continues to fail and no one understands why. Unseen at Jacksons labs, a man has setup a gun on a nearby hill and is disrupting the experimenters using sound waves. Prof Morgan's assistant is seen at a meeting with the inventor of the gun Vranki. The gun is destined to be delivered to a foreign government but first Vranki wants to kill Morgan in an act of revenge. On the mountain, Jackson theorizes someone is using a sound gun to attack the labs. He believes he can use metal shielding special shaped to send the sound charge back to the point of origin. Vranki calls Jackson, claiming to be the now injured Henderson's doctor. Jackson video traces the call, and recognizes a number of the men in the room and knows the illness is a charade. He further plans to accompany Morgan on his visit to the dying assistant. The pair walk into the expected trap and Vranki begins shooting at them and taunting them about their intended death. Vranki thinks he has killed the couple emerges from cover only to be ambushed by Jackson. Vranki makes a break for it and ends up on a building ledge, before surrendering to Jackson.
- Jackson is approached by a group of children concerned the lot their baseball diamond is on has been bought and fenced off by a businessman, planning to build a factory. Jackson suggests a number of solutions, all rejected for various reasons. Jackson then agrees to meet with the business man, who point blank refuses to sell, no matter how much Jackson tries to sweeten the deal. Back at HQ Jackson is convinced he's seen the man before and goes through his records till he identifies the bank robber and a number of his associates. We discover the businessman has dug under the lot and is tunneling to a nearby bank. A curious child discovers what is going on and sounds the secret squadron alarm. Jackson arrives, a fist fight breaks out and all the criminals are apprehended. Jackson makes arrangements for the vacant lot to be returned to open land and the boys to never have their baseball diamond threatened again
- Jet Jackson returns to his mountain home to find Professor Bergland and his ward Lisa wanting Jackson's help to investigate the Radioactive Dust Bomb. Bergland believes that passing a mild electrical charge through humans will repel the radioactive dust. One evening during an experiment Bergland over exposes himself to an electric current and falls into a trance like state. Next morning Jackson and discovers the professor missing and all the power out at HQ. Elsewhere Lisa is betrays she is a spy during a phone. She is arranging a meeting with two men to discuss further instructions about the impending attack on the USA. Jackson finally discovers Bergland location after contact with Local Secret Squadron members reveals he's being held at a local farm. A fight breaks out with the thugs and Bergland wanders off. Jackson takes Lisa back to HQ and challenges her about her roll in events. Bergland suddenly appears and Jackson using Lisa as bait draws the professor into a device that will drain the electricity from his body The process works but unfortunately Bergland dies shortly after.
