MT1 is busy because of the impending hurricane, and despite it being his first hurricane, Dr. Proctor is the calm in the storm. Zambrano is somewhat distracted by the fact her father (the original Dr. Zambrano) is telling her colleagues stories about her childhood. Dr. C isn't happy he's treating drunk SUV driver who caused the accident. He learns that it's dangerous to make assumptions: the driver had worked feverishly to help people prepare for the storm and had a heart attack that caused the accident, he wasn't drunk.

Not all symptoms are what they seem. Finally, proctor being dropped at work by a fox in a sports-car raises more speculations from Chris and especially Zambrano.
