A native of San Francisco, Dimitri Diatchenko attended Newton North High School in Newton, Massachusetts. After high school, he attended Stetson University in Deland, Florida where he was a scholarship music student, majoring in classical guitar. After completing the Bachelors program, he matriculated to Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida where he continued with his acting and music studies in the Masters program. His first acting experience was as the lead in the play, Foxfire, by Hume Cronin, where he played the country music star, Dillard Nations. Diatchenko continued to develop his acting skills both on stage and on camera in Florida-based projects from 1990 - 1996, while studying with Ken Stilson and George Judy. Some of these projects include the award-winning short films, Third on a Match, Used Cars and Goiter Boy. . In April of 1996, as Dimitri was graduating with his Masters degree from Florida State University, he landed a small role as a Navy Seal in Ridley Scott's Demi Moore starer G.I. Jane. After that break, Diatchenko moved out to Los Angeles and officially started his professional acting career. In addition to his acting, Diatchenko continues to perform as a master classical guitarist. As a soloist, he has four guitar CDs in release. His original composition for solo guitar, entitled, "Tango en Paraiso" is featured on the soundtrack for his film, Remarkable Power. Mel Bay Publications has published this piece in "Master Anthology of New Classic Guitar Solos, Vol. 1." Dimitri has also performed on the soundtrack of the film he co-stars in, Clubhouse and performs his arrangement of Hungarian Dance No. 5 by J. Brahms with a Django gypsy jazz treatment in the film, Repossessed.- Ralph Dale Earnhardt, born April 29, 1951, in Kannapolis, North Carolina, was the son of NASCAR Grand National champion Ralph Earnhardt and his wife Martha. His Winston Cup career started with a bang, winning the Rookie of the Year in 1979 and his first of his championships in 1980, to date the only driver to achieve these feats in consecutive years. Three years later, Dale appeared with other NASCAR drivers and personalities in the Burt Reynolds/Loni Anderson racing comedy "Stroker Ace". Sharp-eyed viewers will notice that the film's climax race used actual race footage from Talladega with close-ups being shot at Atlanta Motor Speedway. Shortly after winning the Daytona 500 on February 15, 1998, he went to film his second and final movie, "BASEketeball". This film star other sports luminaries as well as racing commentator Kenny Mayne. As is the trend in recent years, drivers become car owners. Dale was no exception. For 2001, he expanded his operation to three cars with the addition of Michael Waltrip. Also driving for Dale Earnhardt, Inc., were Steve Park and his son, Ralph Dale Earnhardt, Jr. On February 18, 2001, in the closing laps of the 43rd running of the Daytona 500, Dale ran third behind two of his cars, driven by Waltrip and Dale, Jr. On the last lap, as those cars went on to win 1-2, Dale was killed in a multi-car crash on the 4th turn. In his 22-year career he won 22 poles, 76 races and 7 Championships on NASCAR's premier circuit.

- A popular NASCAR Winston Cup Series driver and TV commentator/host, Neil Bonnett was one of NASCAR racing's famed "Alabama Gang." During his career, he logged 18 Winston Cup wins for car owners Jim Stacy, Junior Johnson, Bob Rahilly & Butch Mock, and the famed Wood Brothers (for whom he scored half of his wins). His last two wins came back-to-back in 1988 (for RahMoc Racing) at Richmond Fairgrounds and the North Carolina Motor Speedway in Rockingham.
Bonnett was sidelined during his second stint with the Wood Brothers in 1990 after a crash at Darlington, SC in the spring of that year left him with cracked ribs, a broken sternum, and amnesia. During a three-year recovery, he became a racing color analyst for CBS and TBS sports, and hosted the TNN show "Winners" which profiled various racing celebrities.
He was also asked by longtime friend Dale Earnhardt to help him test some of his Richard Childress Racing Chevrolets. During this time, Neal helped his son, David launch his own racing career. It was his friendship with Earnhardt and Childress that led to his racing comeback. After being cleared to race by NASCAR, Childress gave Bonnett a ride for the 1993 DieHard 500 at Talladega. Bonnett ran well in the race until a spectacular crash sidelined him for the afternoon. He raced once more in 1993 at the season ender in Atlanta, and went into the off-season prepared to run a limited 1994 schedule with car owner James Finch. But on February 11, 1994, during the opening practice for the Daytona 500, Bonnett's car blew a tire and crashed in turn four of the Daytona International Speedway, ending the life and career of one of NASCAR's most popular drivers. - Actor
