Rosemary Shirley DeCamp was the quintessential small-town American mother, a calming and steadying presence in scores of films in the 1940s and 1950s. She came to Hollywood after a successful career on the stage and in radio, making her film debut in 1941. Though she worked for many studios, she was most closely associated with Warner Bros., for whom she made many pictures, often playing a young mother or the friend or sister of the heroine. Her best-known role was probably as the mother of George M. Cohan (played by James Cagney) in the classic Yankee Doodle Dandy (1942). Duane Earl Poole was born in Prescott, Arizona USA. He was a writer and producer who worked continuously for 50 years in television and theater until he died of cancer on April 1, 2023 in Studio City, CA. . Many of his prestigious movies include Hallmark Hall Of Fame's A Christmas Memory based on a story by Truman Capote. Duane later adapted the same Capote story as an award-winning stage musical with lyrics by Carole Hall and music by Larry Grossman. In addition to his many Christmas movie comedies, which Duane loved writing, Duane also wrote many dramatic movies like "For The Love Of A Child", a movie about child abuse which had a special screening in Washington, D.C. and a meeting at the White House. Duane's original musical, the award-winning "Scrooge In Love", with lyrics by Kellan Blair and music by Larry Grossman, plays in dozens of theaters worldwide every year. Janelle Leona was born in the small town of Prescott, AZ on February 27, 1991. As a child music was the dance of her life. After she attended Greenway high school in Phoenix she moved to Los Angeles where she was focusing on her modeling career. During the next four years she transitioned from print modeling to commercials which lead to film and television acting.

Oscar-winning costume designer Mary Lillian Wills studied at universities in New Mexico and Arizona before graduating with an M.A. from the Yale School of Drama. She worked in Hollywood for forty years, mostly free-lancing, except for a spell between 1948 and 1952, when she was under contract at RKO (for Samuel Goldwyn). She became known as 'the fabulous Miss Wills' for her excellence in creating authentic-looking period, dance and folk costumes for prestige films like Hans Christian Andersen (1952) and The Virgin Queen (1955). Her intricate pencil sketches often included subtle backgrounds, which provided a measure of additional context. Wills won an Academy Award for Best Costume Design for The Wonderful World of the Brothers Grimm (1962). Jackson Defa was born in Prescott, Arizona. His family soon thereafter moved to Flagstaff, Arizona where he lived until the age of five. His passion for acting and drama started when he auditioned at the age of 12 and was accepted to the Theater School For Youth in Salt Lake City, Utah. He studied there until the age of 15. After graduation Jackson stayed in Vancouver where he worked in the film industry both behind and in front of the camera on commercials and feature films. During that time he directed a play at the Havana theater titled Bad Milk Soup as well as Gyspy Fish Alchemy.

He is the father of current NBA assistant coach Stephen Silas. Born in Prescott, Arkansas, Silas attended Creighton University, where he set an NCAA record for the most rebounds in three seasons and averaged 20.6 rebounds per game in 1963.
