Jelena Jovanova was born in Bosnia and Herzegovina, raised in Macedonia, living in Croatia. Having graduated from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Skopje, Macedonia, she became a member of The Macedonian National Theater in Skopje. She played more than 25 leading roles there. Her powerful big screen debut was in Juanita Wilson's As If I Am Not There (2010), which has been selected as the Irish entry for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 84th Academy Awards.
In 2010, she was cast in Angelina Jolie's directorial debut In the Land of Blood and Honey (2011), nominated for Best Foreign Language Film at the 69th Golden Globe Awards. This film made her the first Macedonian actress ever to appear in a Hollywood production.

Born in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sabina Vajraca immigrated to the U.S. as a war refugee. A natural storyteller, she started working in theatre as a teenager, eventually getting her B.F.A. in Theatre Directing and Stage Management. After graduation she worked in NYC, focusing on devised theatre and movement/experimental approach to Shakespeare and other Classics.
Her first film, the critically-acclaimed feature documentary BACK TO BOSNIA, premiered at the AFI Fest, played at over 30 festivals worldwide, won Director's Choice at Crossroads, and was featured in the top 100 of the greatest films directed by women by the BBC.
Since then she wrote, directed, and produced commercials, music videos, and over a dozen films including the multiple-award-winning VARIABLES, the Warner Bros./USC feature period drama VOODOO MACBETH, AND the OSCAR®-qualified SEVAP/MITZVAH. She also assisted writer/director Max Mayer on his feature drama ADAM, starring Hugh Dancy and Rose Byrne (2009 Sundance), and shadowed directors on MADAM SECRETARY and 9-1-1.
Sabina received numerous awards for her work, including the HUMANITAS Prize, the DGA SFA Grand Prize, the Alfred P. Sloan Grant, the Claims Conference Grant, the Stowe Story Labs' Tangerine Fellowship, and nominations for the Student Oscars and Student BAFTA.
She's a member of Film Fatales and BAFTA, and an alumna of Ryan Murphy's Half Directing Mentorship, Hayama Residency, Stowe Story Labs, and Almanack Screenwriters. Sasa Losic is one of the most recognizable composers of the Balkans. Composer of pop and ethno, as well as theatre scores ("Romeo and Juliet", "Elvise de luxe", "Lemonade", "Mother Courage"), documentary and feature film scores.
