      Kellie Pickler was born in Albemarle, North Carolina to Cynthia Morton and Clyde "Bo" Raymond Pickler, Jr. Cynthia left when Kellie was 2 but was then granted custody for two years. Kellie was returned to her grandparents at age 12. Her father was in and out of jail throughout her childhood and she was raised in Albemarle, North Carolina by her grandparents, who were big influences in her life. She has a half-sister named Courtney and two half-brothers, Eric and Michael; she has never met Michael. Kellie and Eric continued to live with their grandfather after their grandmother died of lung cancer in 2002. At North Stanly High School in New London, North Carolina, from which she graduated in 2004, she was a cheerleader and a beauty queen. In 2005 she tried out for American Idol (2002) and was sent to Hollywood. She sang many famous songs, including "Since U Been Gone" by Kelly Clarkson, "A Broken Wing" by Martina McBride, and "Blame it on the Sun" by Stevie Wonder. She was one of Simon's favorites, but was eliminated in the Final 6. Back in North Carolina she was given a key to the city on "Kellie Pickler Day", May 6, 2006. She then headed to Nashville, Tennessee to pursue her dreams. She was signed to 19 Recordings/BNA Records and wrote and sang many chart-toppers, including "Red High Heels", "I Wonder", "Things That Never Cross a Man's Mind", "Don't You Know You're Beautiful", "You Didn't Know How Much I Loved You", and "The Best Days of Your Life".

      David Michael Ross made his feature film debut in the 2000 Summer Blockbuster release, The Patriot. He attended an open audition and was cast for a very small role which he was told would last approximately 5 days. On his second day of filming the producers put him in a scene with Mel Gibson, Jason Isaccs, and Heath Ledger which was a very pivotal scene in the film and as result worked consistently for four months. After "The Patriot", and under the advice of Mel Gibson to write, and develop content, Ross continued acting small in roles in studio and independent films, and eventually went on to write and produce several films. He is a partner at Tranquil Bay Entertainment, and the recently formed Skyfield Entertainment with Tommy Kelly and Matthew Ashford with a slate of film and television projects in various stages. He has been hired as a consultant, and writer on many industry films. In addition, Mr. Ross has numerous feature screenplays, and was hired to write an additional eleven. Mr. Ross bought the screen rights to a novel that featured his grandfather, Chicago Whitesox Pitcher, Lee "Buck" Ross and successfully optioned it to a Los Angeles based Production company. Under he and partners Matthew Ashford, and Tommy Kelly's Production Banner Skyfield, they are developing new and original content for both television and feature film. Most recently he wrote, produced, and co-directed "Spirit" a horror/thriller co-starring his producing partner 4 time Emmy winning actor Matthew Ashford, Julia Denton, and Tommy Kelly. Under the new banner they have two newly completed films and are nearing production on their next feature as well as a television series. During this period he has partnered with Emmy winning actor Darin Brooks writing and producing and the two have completed two new scripts together for 2023 and 24. He is a writer an producer on the upcoming film "Runaway".

        James Cotton, a North Carolina native, has been entertaining people all his life. From an early age it seemed obvious he would eventually be an entertainer. His first onstage roles were Lt. Brannigan in Guys and Dolls and Eugene in Grease for which he won a Favorite Character Actor award from the theatre.

        He went to Western Carolina University, graduating in 2000 with a BA in Theatre with an emphasis on acting and directing. While at WCU, he appeared in such shows as Steve Martin's Picasso At the Lapin Agile, Thornton Wilder's Our Town, and Willi with David Forsyth as well as writing, producing, directing and starring in a one-man show titled The Tragedy of the President of the United States (in 1999). He also worked backstage as Stage Manager, soundboard operator, sound effects technical, and many other jobs on shows such as Mustang, Arsenic and Old Lace, and Barefoot in the Park. He was property master on a post-apocalyptic production of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet.

        James worked for a season at Flat Rock Playhouse, the state theatre of North Carolina. While there, he appeared on stage with Pat Hingle in You Can't Take it With You and worked as a scenic artist on West Side Story, The Woman in Black, Oklahoma, and many more.

        James then appeared in productions of Arsenic and Old Lace as Teddy, The Odd Couple as Felix, and Clifford in DeathTrap at various theatres in North Carolina before turning to directing in 2003, directing The Rainmaker and The Diary of Anne Frank for the Uwharrie Players, a theatre group in central North Carolina where he has also served as a member of the board of directors for many years. In 2010, he directed Smoke on The Mountain for them.

        In 2004, James decided it was time to go to film school and enrolled in Vancouver Film School, where he started in the summer of 2005. While there he was the editor on the documentary Rev-Up, assistant director for the midterm drama Mary McPhearson and director of the midterm drama Iguana Pizza as well as serving in several other jobs on other short films.

        After graduating from VFS in 2006, James adapted, produced, and directed the short film Violet that was included in the 2008 Cannes Short Film Corner at the 2008 Festival de Cannes. He produced and directed a short parody of "Twas the Night Before Christmas" as Twas the Night After Christmas in 2008.

        James has worked for Stanly Community College, running the local PEG channel, SCC-TV, since 2010 where he produces all the programming for the channel as well as promotional material for the college.

        In 2013, James wrote, produced, and directed the 20-minute short film One Man's Poison, a 1930s Film Noir detective story.
