The 6-foot tall star, who resides in Wilmington, North Carolina, is known to audiences of One Tree Hill (2003), where he played the character of Lucas Scott. The model-turned-actor has also serenaded Jamie Lee Curtis with Britney Spears' "Baby One More Time" in Freaky Friday (2003), became Hilary Duff's "Prince Charming" in A Cinderella Story (2004), and even watched Paris Hilton die a violent on-screen death in House of Wax (2005).
Chad Michael Murray was born in Buffalo, New York. At a young age, his mother left his family and he, along with his brother and his father Rex Murray, an air traffic controller, had to take care of his younger siblings. Chad once said in an interview that he could call his father anytime of the day as his father is "his rock".

Not long afterward, Chad was hired for a Tommy Hilfiger campaign which helped pay his bills while he focused on acting. He started out on Dawson's Creek (1998) with his One Tree Hill (2003) co-stars, Hilarie Burton Morgan and Lee Norris. Two years later, he scored the role of "Tristian DuGrey" on Gilmore Girls (2000) before playing "Lucas Scott" in the popular teen drama One Tree Hill (2003), where he met his lasting friends James Lafferty and Tyler Hilton. Writer, actor, comedian, doer of good works, excellent good friend to the famous and not, Fry lives in his London SW1 flat and his Norfolk house when not traveling. Famous for his public declaration of celibacy in the "Tatler" back in the 1980s, Emma Thompson has characterised her friend as "90 percent gay, 10 percent other."
Stephen Fry was born in Hampstead, London, to Marianne Eve (Newman) and Alan Fry, a physicist and inventor. His maternal grandparents were Hungarian Jewish immigrants, while his father's family was of English background. He grew up in Norfolk and attended Uppingham School and Stout's Hill. After his notorious three months in Pucklechurch prison for credit card fraud, he attended Queens College, Cambridge in 1979, finishing with a 2:1 in English in 1981/2. While at Cambridge, he was a member of the Cherubs drinking club, and Footlights with Thompson, Tony Slattery, Martin Bergman, and Hugh Laurie (to whom he was introduced by E.T.). His prolific writing partnership with Laurie began in 1981 with resulting Footlights revues for (among others) Mayweek, Edinburgh Festival, and a three month tour of Australia. In 1984, Fry was engaged to do the rewrite of the Noel Gay musical "Me and My Girl," which made him a millionaire before the age of 30. It also earned him a nomination for a Tony award in 1987. (Sidenote: It was upon SF's suggestion that Emma Thompson landed a leading role in the London cast of this show.) Throughout the 1980s, Fry did a huge amount of television and radio work, as well as writing for newspapers (e.g. a weekly column in the "Daily Telegraph") and magazines (e.g. articles for "Arena"). He is probably best known for his television roles in Blackadder II (1986) and Jeeves and Wooster (1990).
His support of the Terence Higgins Trust through events such as the first "Hysteria" benefit, as well as numerous other charity efforts, are probably those works of which he is most proud. Fry's acting career has not been limited to films and television. He had successful runs in Alan Bennett's "Forty Years On," Simon Gray's "The Common Pursuit" with John Sessions, Rik Mayall, John Gordon Sinclair, and others. Michael Frayn's "Look Look" and Gray's "Cell Mates" were less successful for both Fry and their playwrights, the latter not helped by his walking out of the play after only a couple of weeks. Fry has published four novels as well as a collection of his radio and journalistic miscellanea. He has recorded audiotapes of his novels (an unabridged version of "The Liar" was released in 1995), as well as many other works for both adults and children.- Actress

Higareda was born in Villahermosa, Tabasco, Mexico, the daughter of actress Martha Cervantes and therapist and artist Jose Luis Higareda, and sister of actress Miriam Higareda. She began acting on stage at a very early age, along with dancing jazz, flamenco, tap and folklore. At 14, she moved to Mexico City from her native Tabasco to pursue an acting career. Her debut was in theater participating in various plays such as "Little Women" "Don Juan" among others.
Being an advanced student, she entered college several years early at the age of 15; studying Communications at El Tecnologico de Monterrey. She would attend college in the mornings while going to acting school in the evenings and performing in theater on the weekends. A year later, her mother and sister moved to Mexico City and attended acting school with her.
She had her first TV debut as an anchor hostess in The Disney Channel's ''Zapping Zone'' a 2 hour life show of fun sketches and adventurous exploring. Soon after, Martha had her own extreme sports segments in the show.
She was only 16 when filmmaker Alfonso Cuaron came to Mexico City auditioning for "Y tu Mama tambien", Martha got the part of Cecilia Huerta, Gael Garcia's girlfriend in the film, but being underage and due to the full on nudity in the movie she was not able to do the role. Cuaron encouraged her to keep pursuing her acting career and following his advice soon after she changed her major from Communications to the Performing Arts.
In 2002, Higareda had her first leading role in the movie ''Amar te duele" "Love hurts", directed by Fernando Sariñana, in which she shares credits with Luis Fernando Peña and Alfonso Herrera. The movie quickly became a box office hit. And launched Martha's career giving her the nickname "The Mexican Sweetheart". She received The Silver Goddess award for her performance as female lead and the MTV movies favorite actress award.
In 2003, she was offered the lead in a Mexican TV show "Enamorate" in TV Azteca. But Higareda's passion was in making movies. Higareda returned with the movie ''Siete Días'' next to Jaime Camil, which turned out to be another box office hit. She worked with Carlos Carrera (El crimen del Padre Amaro) in "Sex, love and other perversions" winning another Silver Goddess Award. And that same year she was nominated as best supporting actress for the Mexican Academy Awards for her role in ''Fuera del Cielo'', In 2007, she came with her latest production ''Niñas Mal'', directed by Fernando Sariñana where she shared credits with Camila Sodi and Ximena Sariñana The movie produced by Columbia Pictures was a huge success in which Higareda portrayed a stubborn yet sweet punk, Adela, and her unusual haircut and fashion statement quickly became a trend in Mexican teenagers.
She booked her first American movie in 2007 ''Borderland'' where she shared credits with Sean Austin and Beto Cuevas produced by Lionsgate. The movie was screening in the American Film Market when an agent approached her. He introduced Martha to Craig Shapiro, who to this day represents Higareda at ICM Partners. Shapiro convinced Martha to move to LA. So in 2008, she moved to Hollywood to audition and study script writing: "I'm not the type of actress who sits there to wait for the phone call, I love the creating process and I need to keep myself busy, so I studied script writing, first to know how to choose my projects but most importantly because writing had always been a big passion in my life. So when I'm not acting, for sure I'm writing a script". She booked her first TV show directed by Stephen Frears but the show was canceled due to the writers' strike.
In 2008, she worked in the film ''Street Kings'', as Keanu Reeves love interest, along with Hugh Laurie, Cris Evans and Forest Whitaker. The film was directed by David Ayer.
She went back to her native country with three finished scripts and at the age of 25 she wrote and produced her first independent film "Te presento a Laura" The movie was in the top ten films in box-office for 10 consecutive weeks. In 2010, she appeared in the prequel to the crime/action film ''Smokin' Aces'', as a deadly female assassin. In 2012, she shot ''Hello Herman'' with Norman Reedus as an American reporter. And in "Lies in Plain Sight" as the leading visually impaired woman trying to solve the murder of her sister, winning the Image foundation Award for her performance.
In 2014, she wrote, produced and starred in "Casese Quien Pueda" (Marry me if you can) directed by Marco Polo Constandse and produced by Martha and Miri Higareda and Alejandra Cardenas. The movie quickly became the second biggest box office record of its time. This caught the attention of the American Studios. "I wanted not only to be in movies, but to know the guts of the industry, so I went to find the investors, and was involved in every part of the creative process. Making movies it's all a team effort, so if you surround yourself with the best people you learn from them and if you can also give an opportunity to those whom you believe in their talent, magical things can happen, yes the seed of the idea it's the script but the trunk and the branches is combining everyone else's talents"
She played Amparo in the mini series "Carlos" directed by french awarded director Olivier Assayas with Edgar Ramirez playing Ilich the terrorist. She worked in the Disney movie McFarland USA with director Nikki Caro starring Kevin Costner, Maria Bello and Chris Pratts.
Martha has successfully combined her acting, writing and producing careers. In 2016, she starred and produced "No Manches Frida" with Edward Allen and Mauricio Arguelles. From Patnelion, Lionsgate, Videocine and Constantin Films, "No Manches Frida" was another box office hit, where Higareda plays shy yet passionate Miss Lucy who falls in love with a Criminal (Omar Chaparro). Due to their longstanding friendship, she and Chaparro had wonderful chemistry and it was Martha who went to the Studio pitching Chaparro for the role. The low budget film made 11.8 million dollars in Mexico and 11.5 million dollars in the US.
Higareda produced with Miguel Mier, Jimena Rodriguez, Bernardo Rugama the box office success and Mexican adaptation of "3 idiots" A story about following your true passion, this subject has always interested Higareda as she has toured around her country giving inspirational yet grounding talks to teenagers.
Higareda's newest project, "Altered Carbon," is a hard-boiled cyberpunk science fiction novel by Richard K. Morgan brought to the screen by Netflix and Skydance Studios. Opposite Joel Kinnaman who portrays Envoy Takeshi Kovacs, Higareda plays the female counterpart, detective Kristin Ortega. Miguel Sapochnik directs the first episode. "Altered Carbon" was met with mildly positive reviews from critics, receiving a 64% on Rotten Tomatoes. However, fan reception was extremely positive with a 90% on Rotten Tomatoes and an 8.1 on Metacritic, making Higareda's debut in American television a relative success.- Actress

Marlee Beth Matlin was born on August 24, 1965 in Morton Grove, Illinois, to Libby (Hammer) and Donald Matlin, an automobile dealer. She has two older brothers. Her family is of Russian Jewish and Polish Jewish descent.
Marlee lost much of her hearing at the age of eighteen months. That did not stop her from acting in a children's theater company at age seven; she was Dorothy in "The Wizard of Oz". Her deafness never held her back. As an adult, she said it so eloquently: "I have always resisted putting limitations on myself, both professionally and personally." Marlee studied criminal justice at Harper College in Palatine, Illinois, and maintained her passion for acting after graduating. While performing on stage through Chicago and the Midwest, Marlee attracted notice for her performance in a production of the Tony Award-winning play "Children of a Lesser God" and was cast in the movie version Children of a Lesser God (1986). Although this was her movie debut, she won the Academy Award for Best Actress. While shooting her next movie Walker (1987), in Nicaragua, large-hearted Marlee took time to visit both hearing and hearing-impaired children. She continued this tradition of visiting local children through her travels to Germany, England, Italy, Australia, Mexico, Canada, etc.
Her interest in the criminal justice field played a role in her on screen career; she portrayed an assistant D.A. on the television series Reasonable Doubts (1991), while off screen she married police officer Kevin Grandalski on August 29, 1993. The couple has four children: Sarah (born 1996), Brandon (born 2000), Tyler (born 2002), and Isabelle (born 2003). In 1994, Marlee was nominated for an Emmy Award for her performance as Laurie Bey on the television series Picket Fences (1992). Marlee is also a spokeswoman for the National Captioning Institute. In 1995, she testified at a congressional hearing and helped get a law passed that requires all television sets 13 inches or larger to be manufactured with built-in chips to provide closed captioning on their screens; this was a godsend for deaf viewers.
Marlee serves as the national spokeswoman for the largest provider of television closed captioning, and has spoken on behalf of CC in countries such as Australia, England, France and Italy. She also serves on the boards of a number of charitable organizations, including Very Special Arts, the Starlight Foundation, and other charities that primarily benefit children. As someone who loves children so much, it is only fitting that she has four of her own. Professionally, Marlee has even tried producing, being the executive producer for Where the Truth Lies (1999).- Griffin Gluck is among Hollywood's young actors to watch, who at the age of 17 already has over ten years of acting experience under his belt. Since then, Gluck has acquired an impressive collection of credits in both film and TV, and has worked with some of the most well-known names in entertainment. From working with a stellar cast in Shonda Rhimes' Private Practice, to working with Oscar-winner Octavia Spencer in Red Band Society, to his lead role in ABC's Back in the Game alongside James Caan, Gluck has showcased an impressive versatility doing both drama and comedy.
Most recently, Gluck starred as Sam Ecklund on Netflix's True Crime satire American Vandal. The limited series received broad critical acclaim, including a Writers Guild nomination for Best New Series and a Critics' Choice Award nomination for Best Limited Series.
On the silver screen, Gluck starred as 'Rafe Khatchadorian' in Middle School: The Worst Years of My Life, based on the New York Times #1 bestselling book of the same name by James Patterson. Gluck also starred in the holiday comedy Why Him from director and co-writer John Hamburg, where he played 'Scotty Fleming,' Bryan Cranston's onscreen son.

Takashi Miike was born in the small town of Yao on the outskirts of Osaka, Japan. His main interest growing up was motorbikes, and for a while he harbored ambitions to race professionally. At the age of 18 he went to study at the film school in Yokohama founded by renowned director Shôhei Imamura, primarily because there were no entrance exams. By his own account Miike was an undisciplined student and attended few classes, but when a local TV company came scouting for unpaid production assistants, the school nominated the one pupil who never showed up: Miike. He spent almost a decade working in television, in many different roles, before becoming an assistant director in film to, amongst others, his old mentor Imamura. The "V-Cinema" (Direct to Video) boom of the early 1990s was to be Miike's break into directing his own films, as newly formed companies hired eager young filmmakers willing to work cheap and crank out low-budget action movies. Miike's first theatrically distributed film was Shinjuku Triad Society (1995) (Shinjuku Triad Society), and from then on he alternated V-Cinema films with higher-budgeted pictures. His international breakthrough came with Audition (1999) (Audition), and since then he has an ever expanding cult following in the west. A prolific director, Miike has directed (at the time of this writing) 60+ films in his 13 years as director, his films being known for their explicit and taboo representations of violence and sex, as seen in such works as Bijitâ Q (2001) (Visitor Q), Ichi the Killer (2001) (Ichi The Killer) and the Dead or Alive Trilogy: Dead or Alive (1999), Dead or Alive 2: Birds (2000) and Dead or Alive: Final (2002).- Writer

Hideo Kojima was born August 24th, 1963 in Setagaya, Tokyo, later moving to Kobe and growing up there. His love of Americana gave him his major two interests of writing and creating film, which are the causes of why he is so well known today. During the mid 1980's, his interests pushed him to pursue looking for a career in film making, but a chance discovery of Nintendo's Entertainment System gave him an interest in videogames. Searching for a job at one of the many games companies in Japan, he ended up being hired by Konami Entertainment and shunted to work on the MSX home computer department. While this may have been a blow for the willing game planner, he took the opportunity to create a handful of games for the MSX such as Metal Gear (1987) and Snatcher (1988). During the early 1990's Kojima worked on various games which have become instant classics such as various other versions of Snatcher, and Policenauts for the PC, 3D0, Sega Saturn and Sony PlayStation, along with some various other work with two Tokimeki Memorial Drama Series games in 1997 and 1998. However he had some plans for another sequel to Metal Gear which he had been quietly working away on with a few others since working on Policenauts. First shown at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3), Metal Gear Solid (1998) looked to being a major hit with many people. With each subsequent showing of the game due for release on PlayStation during 1998 caused more interest. To date Metal Gear Solid has sold over 5.5 Million copies and Kojima is widely recognized as a videogaming god, more so than the few who ever saw his previous work. Kojima himself is a very humble man, never letting his work effect his public attitude. He works long hours to strive for his goals, and always takes the time to talk to the press, sign autographs, or stay for an entire gaming show. He is always interested in the views his fans have of his work, and believes in anyone being able to create their dreams. With Zone of the Enders (2001) and Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty (2001), one of the most anticipated games ever, the world looks set to see more of Hideo's dreams come to life.- Actor

Jean-Michel Jarre is a French composer, performer, music producer and designer. With Vangelis and Mike Oldfield in the 1970s, he is regarded as a pioneer in the electronic, synth-pop, ambient and New Age genres, as well as an organizer of spectacular outdoor events and concerts, which feature the latest and most innovative in lights, laser displays and fireworks as well as 3D animation and sound.
Jarre has always been on the edge of innovation when it comes to his music and art which explains the many Guinness World Records for the largest outdoor concert audiences in the world, the ultimate one being when he played for an audience of 3,5 million, in Moscow. Having sold more than 70 million albums he remains one of the most successful entertainers in the world.
Jarre's first mainstream success was the 1976 album Oxygene. It was recorded in a makeshift studio he had built in his home, the album went on to sell an estimated 12 million copies, and is the best-selling French record of all time. In 1979, Jarre performed to a record-breaking audience of more than a million people at the Place de la Concorde in Paris, this event set the stage for many more spectacular concerts and ultimately three more world records. Today, Jarre is as famous a performer as he is as a musician.
By the time he released his third album "Magnetic Fields" in 1981 he was invited to be the first westerner to perform in the Peoples Republic of China. His concerts in Beijing and Shanghai made cultural history in China and were shared by over 500 million people via Chinese radio and television. The following year a double LP was released under the name "Concerts in China", a musical souvenir of the Chinese adventure.
In 1983, Jarre provokes a stir when he decides to auction the unique copy of his new album "Music for Supermarkets" at a charity event (all the master tapes and the presses where destroyed by bailiff to guarantee that there was only one copy in existence). The album is still today one of the most desirable collector albums in the world.
In 1986, Jean-Michel Jarre stages yet another memorable state-of-the-art concert in the USA when his collaboration with NASA and Houston City Hall turned the whole city into a spectacular once in a lifetime event for the pleasure of 1,3 million spectators earning him the second entrance to the Guinness Book of World Records.
Jarre has always aspired to study and learn from different cultures and that is evident on his 1988 album "Revolutions", where he creates one of the first encounters of electronic music and the Arab world of instruments and sounds. That same year he also staged two sold-out concerts in London's Docklands, 250 000 tickets sold like lightning as the British, being among his most fervent supporters from day one, would not miss this event, including H.R.H. Princess Diana.
In 1990, in the wake of the release of his 10th album, Jarre breaks his own record once again when 2.5 million fans show up at Paris-La-Défense to what was to be his most spectacular concert yet. In 1993, Jarre embarks on his Europe in Concert tour and becomes the first and only French artist to have played sold-out concerts in some of the biggest stadiums Europe has to offer. The following year, Jarre opens the brand new stadium in Hong Kong and brings some of his Chinese musical souvenirs back to China. Jarre has been a UNESCO Spokesperson and Goodwill Ambassador for more than 15 years and, in 1995, he staged his Concert for Tolerance at the Eiffel Tower in Paris under the high patronage of UNESCO. Always faithful, his audience counted 1.2 million. The same year, he was awarded the prestigious "Chevalier de la Légion d'Honneur" by the French government.
In 1997, Jarre released a long awaited sequel to his masterpiece Oxygene with Oxygen 7-13. The ensuing tour sold out 25 dates across Europe and Jarre was invited to stage a concert in Moscow celebrating the 850th anniversary of the city. This turned out to be his biggest concert yet and a new world record, as 3.5 million people came to witness and to share the unique "Jarre" experience and he made sure not to disappoint them when he introduced his special guests, the astronauts on-board MIR live on a video link direct from space.
On December 31st 1999, Jean-Michel Jarre was commissioned by the Egyptian government to create and perform a historic Millennium concert, from sunset to sunrise, at the foot of the Great Pyramids near Cairo. He succeeds, during this concert, in catalyzing a realm of talent and instruments from different ages and civilizations; traditional Arabic, symphonic orchestra and electronic. An audience of 120 000 were privileged to share the event on-site, while over 2 billion people followed the concert on world television.
In October 2004, Jarre returns to China for a historical concert in Beijing at the Meridian Gate of the Forbidden City and a performance on Tian'Anmen Square. An audience of over a billion people followed the events live on four CCTV channels, NHK Japan and French national TV.
In 2006, Jarre once again manifests his role as UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador when he staged an amazing concert in the middle of the Sahara Desert at Merzouga, in Morocco, to promote the UN program "Water For Life". Over 60 of Morocco's finest musicians joined Jarre on stage.
In 2009 - 2010, Jarre embarks on his first ever World Tour inviting the audience to journey into his singular universe; to immerse themselves totally in his world of timeless music and vision, in place and time. He promises with this unique and brand new super production to share the energy of his macro concerts with the emotions of an arena experience.
With the fusion of analogue synthesizers, cutting-edge digital technology, oversize HD video projections, spectacular lasers design and lighting choreography, Jarre has conceived a show that encapsulates his signature expression and talent for creating milestone events.- Actress

Vince McMahon, Chairman of the Board & Chief Executive Officer of WWE, Inc. (WWE), is a third-generation promoter who has made WWE into the global phenomenon it is today.
As a pioneer in the television syndication business, a recognized television personality throughout the world, a visionary promoter and a fearless marketer, he continues to make his presence known as a leader within the broadcast and entertainment industries. In 1972, McMahon joined his father's company, Capitol Wrestling Corporation, on a full-time basis. By 1979, the company had syndicated programming to 30 television stations. In 1982, he purchased the Capitol Wrestling Corporation from his father and decided to take what had been a regional operation and turn it into a national venture.
McMahon soon became an innovator in the cable television industry by leveraging the new technologies of pay-per-view and closed-circuit television for the first WrestleMania in 1985. Now, not only had he built a brand that people would watch in syndication, he had built the WWE into a brand that people would pay to watch. In February 2014, WWE Network, the first-ever 24/7 direct-to-consumer network, launched live in the U.S.
In 2016, WrestleMania 32 set a new attendance record of 101,763, as fans from all 50 states and 35 countries converged on AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. The previous WWE attendance record was at WrestleMania 3 in 1987, where 93,173 fans filled the Pontiac Silverdome.
Today, WWE produces seven hours of live weekly programming 52 weeks a year with no off season. Programs such as "Monday Night Raw" and "WWE NXT" on USA Network and "Friday Night SmackDown" on FOX are ratings successes that can be seen in more than 900 million homes in 180 countries and heard in 28 languages. In addition, WWE hosts more than 550 live events a year within the United States and abroad, making WWE the largest traveling show in the world.
Under McMahon's leadership, WWE has developed into one of the most popular and sophisticated forms of global entertainment today. WWE is an integrated media and entertainment company that features a portfolio of specialized businesses that creates and delivers original content to a global audience. Very little is known of her private life but at least one of her two sisters was also on the musical scene. Joan decided on an acting career and made her bow on Broadway in 1944 as a juvenile in "The Late George Apley". Five years later, she had a singing and dancing part, starring opposite Ray Bolger in "Where's Charley?", replacing Allyn Ann McLerie. In between work on stage and screen she also featured in such episodic radio dramas as 'Theater Guild of the Air'. During the first half of the 1950's, Joan enjoyed a good run of critical plaudits for her performances in the comedy "My Three Angels" (with Walter Slezak), and as Miranda in the American Shakespeare Festival staging of "The Tempest" in Stratford, Connecticut.
Her last role of note came in 1959 (as replacement for the nominal star Rosemary Harris), with Joan as the female lead opposite Jason Robards in "The Disenchanted", a Budd Schulberg/ Harvey Breit play about the life of F. Scott Fitzgerald. It has been variously suggested that Joan's career may have suffered as a result of blacklisting by HUAC, or because of a physical similarity to another more established actress, Diana Lynn. The fact remains, that she managed to maintain a relatively busy schedule on the East Coast stage throughout the 1950's. However, by 1962, she seems to have lost heart and given up the profession. Apart from a few guest appearances in early anthology TV and a couple of forgettable teen movies, there was little else of note from this attractive and talented performer. She faded into relative obscurity, living out the sadly short remainder of her life in Manhattan.- Mary Padian was born on 24 August 1980 in Dallas, Texas, USA.
