On October 24th, 2016 I saw myself on the big screen for the first time in my entire life, and I became addicted. I loved the feeling of watching myself representing and living the life of this character in this magical place and dimension, and knowing people are watching me perform this character, making them feel something. Giving this world sense and representing the life and the ideas of others. I love the hole process of feeling, but mostly when I enter into this magic world or dimension to live the life of the character in front of a camera. Maria Bobadilla
Today, July 31st, I'm sitting in a cafe in Hollywood, studying a lot of different characters and performing every day for my teachers and classmates in Stella Adler, with my family, my best friends and teachers' blessing to go for this career and make the best of this opportunity. That is why today I know I want to do this for the rest of my life. I don't know how long, or how much of everything this will take, because of the; language, money, nationality, doors, walls, politics, laws, egocentricity, time, opportunities; and barriers there are in this crazy and beautiful industry. But I know today my mind is limitless. I think everything is possible, so I will do everything I can, work as hard as I can, and enjoy as hard as I can to accomplish my mission in this life. Krisjiannis Vittato is an Afro-Diasporic writer, visual artist, and composer, with an affinity for suspense, mythology, and the supernatural. "God-curious" themes, the human condition, mysticism, and the paranormal are commonly woven into the fibers of his stories.
'American Baptism' was the breakthrough film after a long hiatus, and the first in a series of works focused on the Race Myth, systemic oppression by the American state, gender and queer oppression, and false Christianity, among other polarizing topics covered in these eerie Parables of the West.
Vittato has begun the latter half of 2021 in the production of 'Maiala the Blackfaced!' - both a narrative short film and epic ballad, an artistic work of prophecy against the 'melaneering' terrorist and systemic oppressor of the Diaspora and Latinos, Kamala Harris. This and other theatrical musical works come alongside more short films, including 'Charlie Austen's Solo' and 'The Darkwater Christening', more dark, neo-gothic suspense dramas in the 'White Feminist Suite' of the American Parables (formerly 'American Pensées' series).
The first (to be released) feature film of Vittato, Witchwood, has also commenced a long pre-production period, and is planned to shoot at 2022's beginning.- Actor

Swet Shop Boys is an underground hip-hop duo founded in early 2014 by transatlantic South Asian diaspora artists Himanshu Suri better known as Heems from New York City, and Riz Ahmed known as Riz MC from London. Both also have rather relatively little-known heritage connected to the sheer-tragedy of the Partition of British India, with Heems' Indian-immigrant family of Hindu-Punjabi ethnicity tracing their origins to where is now sovereign country of Pakistan, and Riz MC's Pakistani-immigrant family of Muslim ethnicity tracing their origins to where the North zone of now sovereign India is. The conversation for forming a permanent-collaboration started out when both developed friendship after the latter needed a homely-place to stay in NYC, preparing months for his role in then under-preproduction TV miniseries, The Night Of (2016) for HBO®, coincidentally also an adaptation of also British limited-series, Criminal Justice (2008) for BBC® one. Their history dates back to when Heems reached out to Riz MC via Twitter®, and the rest is history. Their original EP album, almost named after the band, 'Swet Shop', was non-commercially released in 2014 via Heems' self-owned indie hip-hop label, Greedhead Music. Then, as foreshadowed since 2013, Heems unfortunately had to shutter his own label by 2015 due to financial-crunches with Heems tweeting that the blame goes to his friends who left him in heavy-debt by enjoying a free-ride out of the label's operations. Therefore, the band went on to establish their own indie label, Customs, by 2016. Moreover, Riz MC brought his long-time friend and record-producer with great-interest in Eastern music genres, Tom Calvert, as a third permanent-member - thereby expanding the band size from 2 to 3 members. Interestingly, the record-producer, full-name Thomas 'Tom' [Richard] Calvert, also has a bit interesting backstory about immigration as, while widely-known as "London-based producer", he actually spent his adolescence as an expat[riate] in West Coast of the US, before moving back to the UK. Together, the newly-reconstituted band released their LP album, 'Cashmere' in 2016 to great acclaim. The band's latest release is another EP, 'Sufi La' the very next year, 2017. They made their TV performance-debut in The Late Show with Stephen Colbert (2015) and, have a brief-cameo appearance in Charli XCX's music video for her single "Boys", which she co-directed herself the very same year. The band has toured many Occidental metropolises since late 2014.- Editorial Department

Growing up in South Eastern Ohio, Troy Adam Smith had big dreams of going to Hollywood to be part of the entertainment industry. While other kids were cruising, Troy and his friends were busy making Cop and Ninja movies with his dad's VHS camera; classic hits that no one has ever heard of like "B&E at the Edmonds" and "Two Dumb Cops".
After high school Troy went to DePauw University in Greencastle, IN. While there he played football, met his future wife, produced many TV shows, served on the Student TV Board, learned AVID, and interned at a local Indiana TV Station, Marty Katz Productions in Santa Monica, and Disney World's MGM studios in Orlando. At DePauw, Troy spent all of his spare time making movies with G.I. Joe men and Legos. "One time in college, I made a recreation of the intro to C.H.i.P.s with Legos just for fun", Troy says when bragging about his love for TV.
Troy's big Hollywood break came when he was hired as a runner for New Wave Entertainment, which allowed him to learn his way around Hollywood and enjoy unofficial self-guided tours of the studios. Troy's next stop was at Level 3 Post where he quickly moved up the ladder from assistant editor to editor. Many of Troy's clients liked working with him so much, that they began asking him to color grade their shows as well. He has spent over a decade and a half on-lining, dirt restoration and color grading many television shows such as: 24, Fear Factor, The Biggest Loser, Third Watch, Beauty and the Geek, Endurance, and more.
As Margarita Mix Hollywood began to expand their services to include video, Troy was at the top of the list of candidates to fill Margarita Mix's first colorist and online editor position. Andreas Hoess was born in Salzburg in the mid 60s, a small town with a big attitude, because by accident it was also the birthplace of a guy called Mozart. Because it was the birthplace of Mozart and he had parents who both played music by themselves he came in contact with fine art pretty early in his life. So he started with music when he was not even four and ended up with playing eight different instruments till he reached the age of 20. But when he turned five he came into contact with the real thing. His grandmother gave him an old Zeiss Ikon box-camera and he started to waste rolls of film on a large scale. It was this same grandmother who took him on a journey to former Yugoslavia when he was six where he was deeply touched by the love of live all the people had he met, despite the fact that they were totally poor by every means and in the eye of a six year old. An experience which inspired him all his later live. With the age of 12 he won a national photo competition which fueled, with the first Starwars Episode, which was released the very same year and he was watching stunning 17 times, his teenage wish to make movies. Funnily enough somebody trusted his talent and provide him at the age of 18 with some funding for a film project. A story about a 16 year old runaway from Berlin, who flew to the US to steal a car to fulfill his dream to drive the rout 66 all the way through the US to Santa Monica to see the pacific. So Andreas hit a plane to New York bought a 30 year old Ford station wagon, a 16 mm camera, close to 3000 meter of film and he and three friends drove from New York to LA. This first project was shown on some Student Film Festivals, and received mild but by no means enthusiastic acclamations. Because there was no film-school in Salzburg he started with mass communication which offered courses in camera-work and directing and switched to Bowling Green State University USA/Ohio State, where he finished Masscom with an Master Degree and started in Computeranimation. One years later he moved to Los Angeles where he took courses in scriptwriting, and special FX and computer animation, as well as making a degree in Graphic Design. There he got to know John Frankenheimer, Stanley Kubrick, and William Gibson which all of them become very influential for his future work. He worked for some time in the US for some FX companies till he came back to Europe to start his own company in Berlin by 2000. Although being quite successful from start, (his company became Germanys best startup in 2001, working for Sony, Disney, Bertelsman, Deutsche Telekom, TMobile, being an advisor for the German Bundestag, he missed working creative. So he sold his company 2004 and became a creative director for the company who bought it. There he concentrated on developing storytelling techniques and graphical concepts for Cross Media Projects. 2008 he came back to Salzburg, only to start to work for Red Bull and their ambitious Media strategies, first as an Art Director, later on as Creative Director for the whole project.- Luke Alden is an actor from the Pacific Northwest.
