"A Working Man" is yet another movie about the same ole guy who you wouldn't expect to be good at fighting is suddenly good at fighting trope and to make matters worse, the protagonist is played by the most fitting, immersion breaking actor, Jason Statham. The story has no ambition and the plot is nothing more than mediocre at best as it abandons the expectations it sets for the audience by becoming more about forcing its way to a solution rather than earning it even after the opening scenes show much promise to what viewers might see. Clearly this genre of action is getting noticeably tiresome in just a span of 5-10 years.
