Guy Ritchie’s 'National Treasure' Dupe Is the Most Popular Movie on Rotten Tomatoes Despite Abysmal Score
Apple played a major gamble over the Memorial Day holiday frame, debuting the action-adventure film Fountain of Youth on its Apple TV+ streaming service while two massive new movies were released in theaters. Disney's Lilo & Stitch remake and Paramount's Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning grossed a combined total of over half-a-billion dollars at the global box office this past weekend, while Fountain of Youth dominated the streaming charts. In fact, it was the most popular title on the aggregator website Rotten Tomatoes on May 26.
According to FlixPatrol, Fountain of Youth scored exactly 100 points, outperforming titles such as Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning, Warfare, Nonnas, and Black Bag.
