While Buried Hearts has all the ingredients to make for the perfect cocktail, it seems something is still off. The show spends so much time on trivial things, and the episodes feel like they’re dragging on. Especially the odd-numbered ones. What I mean is that the first and third episodes were oddly boring, but at the end of the second and fourth, we had a ton of information dropped on us. But, anyway, now we know that it was Dongju who washed up on the shore in the middle of nowhere at the beginning of the show. Episode 3 basically shows us how he landed himself in that situation, and episode 4 gives us another shocker that determines some important things about the rest of the series.
