Mj Lenderman Performs “Wristwatch” on Fallon: Watch

Mj Lenderman stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday to play “Wristwatch,” a standout song from his recently released album Manning Fireworks.
“Wristwatch,” which we named Song of the Week upon release this month, is a mid-tempo scorcher from Lenderman. As evidenced by his vocal tone on the song’s first few lines, Lenderman gives an extremely faithful rendition of “Wristwatch,” complete with backup harmonies from his Wednesday bandmate Karly Hartzman, enchanting pedal steel, and a ripping guitar solo in the conclusion. Watch Lenderman’s performance below.
