The new project has already been sold to a number of territories, and a dedicated, virtual reality-based experience was recently on show at Venice VR. The new project by Danish filmmaker Christoffer Boe, a romantic drama entitled A Taste of Hunger, is currently in post-production. The feature, penned by Tobias Lindholm and the director himself, follows a power couple on the Danish gourmet scene, who run the highly popular Malus restaurant in Copenhagen. The pair, played by Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and Katrine Greis-Rosenthal, are willing to sacrifice everything to achieve their dream – namely, getting the coveted Michelin star. The subject of the film has inspired a dedicated 15-minute virtual-reality experience, which recently played at Venice VR. In detail, the experience showcases the two protagonists and revolves around a woman's struggle to survive the expectations of modern life, where family, personal freedom and professional ambition all compete.
