Zach Gilford, Kate Siegel and Hamish Linklater have been cast as the leads of Netflix’s “Midnight Mass” series from “The Haunting of Hill House” team Mike Flanagan and Trevor Macy, a spokesperson for the streaming service told TheWrap Wednesday.
Rounding out the cast of the upcoming supernatural thriller are Rahul Abburi, Crystal Balint, Matt Biedel, Alex Essoe, Annabeth Gish, Rahul Kohli, Kristin Lehman, Robert Longstreet, Igby Rigney, Annarah Shephard, Samantha Sloyan, Henry Thomas and Michael Trucco.
“Midnight Mass” follows “an isolated island community experiences miraculous events – and frightening omens – after the arrival of a charismatic, mysterious young priest,” per Netflix.

The series was created by “Doctor Sleep” filmmaker Flanagan, who will also direct all seven episodes of the show and executive produce alongside Macy.
