Update: A federal judge dismissed Rose McGowan's lawsuit, accusing Harvey Weinstein, Lisa Bloom and more defendants of violating the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (Rico) Act. According to the documents obtained by E! News, McGowan's claim was "dismissed on the merits and with prejudice" against all defendants on Monday, Dec. 6. "As of today's date, Plaintiff has not filed any brief in response to the Court's Order and Minute Order," according to the civil minutes.
