Nick Raynes, a grandson of former 20th Century Fox owner Marvin Davis and a nephew of producer John Davis, died Friday morning in New York City, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed. He was 33.
Raynes, a movie producer and actor who worked on short films and documentaries, was found unresponsive in a residence on East 65th Street in Manhattan, a NYPD officer told THR. No foul play is suspected, and a medical examiner did not reveal a cause of death.
Raynes was said to be producing a biopic of jazz legend Miles Davis.
