The fourth movie in the upcoming Purge series is going back to the beginning. The First Purge will go back to.. well.. the first Purge. Writer/creator/director James DeMonaco returns as writer, with director Gerad McMurray (Burning Sands) stepping in behind the camera.
The fourth film will feature a whole new cast led by Y’Lan Noel, Lex Scott Davis, Joivan Wade, Luna Lauren Valez, and Marisa Tomei. In our current political and social climate, the movie actually looks pretty scary. The Purge series is produced by Jason Blum (Insidious series, Get Out, Split).
