Rockne S. O’Bannon, creator of “Farscape” and one of the producers on the increasingly Godawful “Revolution” (and yes, as a huge fan of “Revolution” creator Eric Kripke, it pains me to say that), recently attended something called Wonder Con, and updated fans on the status of that “Farscape” movie we reported a few months back. The short answer? Yes, a “Farscape” movie is indeed happening. Says (the awesomely named) Rockne: Yeah, yeah it’s the worst kept secret…We’re far from production, but yeah, the first step is Justin [Monjo] working on a script for us. We’ll keep our fingers crossed. The plot, we’re told, will follow human astronaut John Crichton and alien Peacekeeper Aeryn Sun as they, along with their 19-year-old son, head back into outer space after hiding out on Earth all this time. Which is okay, I guess, but I don’t know why...
