Miley Cyrus is about to cap off her over-the-top year in a very big way. The "Wrecking Ball" singer, 21, will be live from New York along with Blondie, Icona Pop and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis when they all perform at Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve, hosted by Ryan Seacrest and Jenny McCarthy.
