Her first foray into the world of performance came at the tender age of six, when she played the iconic role of Grumpy in a stage adaptation of Snow White. Ganne's academic journey led her to a doctorate in Environmental Engineering, and she carved a successful career in the field for a decade, managing complex projects for major companies. Yet, her passion for the arts never waned, burning steadily beneath the surface. In 2016, she made a bold decision to embrace her artistic calling, leaving behind a secure career to pursue her dream of acting. She immersed herself in the rigorous training of the renowned Cours Florent in Paris, honing her craft and further expanding her skillset through masterclasses with renowned instructors like Jack Waltzer, Xavier Durringer, and Ivana Chubbuck.

Ganne performed Tùtù Poni in the play "La traversée en pirogue" directed by Marie Lecocq of Sans N company, at the MEG in Geneva, as part of the exhibition on the impact of climate change on indigenous peoples. The same year, Ganne participated in the AAFA reading cycle with the play "Fins de service" by Lucie Vérot and staged by Françoise Lorente. During the 2022 -2023 season, Ganne played Rosa Parks in the play "Tired of giving in: The Rosa Parks story", directed by Lucille O'Flanagan of Théâtre en Anglais company. Since 2021, Ganne has been starring in "Vaincre à Rome", an original creation by Sylvain Coher directed by Thierry Falvisaner of Théâtre Charbon company. After the 2023 Avignon festival, the play scheduled for early 2024 by Robin Renucci at the La Criée theater in Marseille received a warm welcome. In 2024, Ganne joins the Gospel Opera "Martin Luther King: The Voice of Fraternity and Peace", directed by Abdel Soufi, in the role of Coretta Scott King.

In 2018 Ganne wrote and directed her first self-produced short film "Café-Crème" which deals with identity. The film won an award in the Best Actress category at the Black&Diversity International Film Festival in Toronto in 2020. "Café-crème" was also selected in the Short Stories program broadcast on France TV. In 2020, Ganne played a police brigadier alongside Valérie Karsenti in the TV film "La Fugue" directed by Xavier Durringer produced by Ramona films and broadcast on France TV. In 2024, Ganne plays Whitney Houston in Eventhia Lacheaud's doc-fiction broadcast on Laurent Delahousse's show "20h30 Le Samedi" on France TV. She also joins the cast of the series "Iris" directed by Doria Tillier produced by Canal+.
Beyond her stage and screen work, Ganne continues to nurture her creative spirit through her writing, penning a short film screenplay called "Léon," which has received support from the French National Center for Cinema and Moving Image (CNC) and the Regional Council of Martinique.
