Chadwick Pope
Chadwick Bronson Pope, whose first name means "From the warrior's town. Protector; defender." in Old English, was born July 27, 1974 in Tullahoma, Tennessee. He is the son of Linda Adams, a blue collar worker, and Douglas Carlton Pope, an Master Electrician. Chadwick's father was born in Tennessee, of British, Sicilian and Native Norwegian ancestry, and Chadwick's mother is also from Tennessee. After his parents' marriage dissolved, Chadwick moved with his mother and younger sister, Jennifer Pope, to Manchester, Tennessee, then to Mobile, Alabama at which point Chadwick went to live with his father. Stepfather #1 was David Lemons, a Iron worker - he and Linda divorced within five years, after which she went on to marry a Boilermaker (wielder) Micheal Adcock. In high school, Pope was lukewarm toward academics but took a keen interest in baseball (as second baseman, he earned the nickname "Dude Pope") and drama. After graduation Pope went straight into the United States Marine Corps, after eleven years working for the US government (Six in the Marines and five as a DOD contractor), Pope became a storm chaser throughout the mid west. Always searching for that next adrenaline rush from his years in the military, Pope started acting in front of friends and family as a form of expression.
