Kira Koppandi is a versatile Austrian actress who was born in Kufstein, Tyrol. She is fluent in German, English and French and has a background in various acting techniques, improvisation and ballet.
She completed her acting diploma in 2016 and has since taken part in numerous projects. Her rich portfolio spans film, television, motion capture and theatre. Her notable film projects include "Klammer- Chasing the Line", where she plays Peppi Fischer's assistant. On television she is known for her roles in "Die Bergretter" and "Steirertod". In theatre she played leading roles in productions at Kabarett Niedermair (2019), in the Art-Vielfalt theatre association (2020) and at the Steudltenn theatre festival (2024).
In addition to her acting career, Koppandi also works as a coach for young actors* and teaches at the Filmschool Vienna (2023). Here she offered courses and workshops to support young actors* in front of the camera.
As a speaker, she creates radio spots and voice-over texts for various image films.
In addition to the acting diploma, her training also includes a degree in educational sciences (BA 2013), as well as various workshops in Meisner, Source Tuning and Linklater Voice Training.
