X-Division Champion Mustafa Ali joins Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt on commentary for the Rebellion Referendum, which will determine his challenger at the spring pay-per-view extravaganza! Match #1: Nic Nemeth def. Trey Miguel The following is courtesy of tnawrestling.com:
After defeating Zachary Wentz last week, Nic Nemeth must now lock horns with another Rascal in Trey Miguel! Nemeth clotheslines Miguel over the top rope to the floor. Wentz provides a momentary distraction, allowing Miguel to take him out with a dive. Back in the ring, Miguel rakes the eyes, then drives Nemeth shoulder-first into the steel ring post. Nemeth creates separation with a mid-air dropkick to counter Miguel’s springboard. Nemeth delivers repeated elbow drops but Miguel kicks out. Wentz trips up Nemeth in the corner and the referee ejects him from ringside. Miguel soars with the Meteora off the distraction but it’s not enough.

Something clears the ring but gets down with a head scissors from Vikingo. Something bounces back with a powerbomb to Vikingo, sending him over the top rope into a pile of bodies on the outside. Welcome to this week’s Nxt review, right here on Nerdly. I’m Nathan Favel and you need to hear the story of Chochco. Chochco was peeing in a baby stroller one day when a man asked him what time it was. Chochco chucked the baby into the pond and said that it was time for him to go f–k himself. As a duck beat the s–t out of the drowning baby, the man gave Chochco the finger. Chochco, as aliens abducted the baby and turned it into a gay cyborg named Bendy, punched the man and screamed “I have diabetes!” In court, Chochco explained to the judge that he was rude to the man, because he had diabetes. The Judge, who thought The Cure was a good band (bull-s–t), said that he had never heard about diabetes making someone violent. Chochco pulled his fingers out of his ass and replied,...

No one gets to do that but me! I shall take this footage and return to my lair of Canadianess where I shall edit these scenes into a picture starring a talking asshole. By: No! My footage! DC: Ah! John Denver wrote those lyrics in his classic “Ballad of a Mississippi Slut” and they are every bit as true now as they were then. Wrestling is like that slut, because it swallows that dude juice like Wonko McBillichucky does with his pride when the white man kisses his sister. Kirsten Dunst called me other day and said I was a liar. What would she know? I’ve never even talked to her before! She’s never even called me before! Welcome to this weeks review of WWE Nxt, I’m filling in for Nathan on WWE third brand this week, which will be… interesting. Especially, if I’m honest, given the fact I only tend to watch Nxt when a) it needs reviewing or b) its a pay per view. Yeah, I don’t conciusly choose to watch the WWE’s yellow brand each and every week. Let’s see if that effects my opinion of this weeks show.

Match #1: Candice LeRae def. Shotzi Blackheart The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
Shotzi Blackheart may have surprised Candice LeRae early, using mat-based wrestling to ground The Poison Pixie instead of her usual high-flying repertoire. LeRae answered, pulling Blackheart into the Gargano Escape until Blackheart countered with a knee to the face and followed by spiking LeRae with a Ddt. Blackheart looked to be setting up for her top-rope senton before Indi Hartwell distracted her, and LeRae capitalized by hitting a huge spinning neckbreaker off the second rope for the victory.
My Opinion: 3.5 out of 5
Match #2: The Grizzled Young Veterans def. Ever-Rise in a Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic First-Round Match The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

Welcome to this delayed yet appropriate review of WWE’s Worlds Collide special, which is an alternative version of the famous World Championship Wrestling event When Worlds Collide. This is a tournament that grants the winner the a chance to pick a title match from the ancillary brands of the WWE. That being said, we have some fine wrestling to get to, so let’s do so before Vince realizes he agreed to pay for some-thing that didn’t include John Cena admonishing every other wrestler alive because they don’t “work as hard as him”.
