Onder Asir- A candid business leader with a dynamic professional background.
Born in Turkey, three months premature and weighing a mere 5oz, Onder, and his twin brother, came into the world fighting! He eventually moved to Canada at age 4 and landed in Denver at 14, where he still resides.
Onder comes from a background of great discipline earning his first-degree black belt in Kempo Karate at age 20. Four years later, at age 24, Onder earned his third-degree black belt in Taekwondo and operated a martial arts school for nearly a decade. The martial arts school experienced a 10x growth under Onder's leadership while helping train and mentor thousands of students. He helped develop several fight choreograph performances for his students to perform at theme parks and sports arenas. Additionally, he hosted the National Association of Professional Martial Artists at his martial arts studio to assist in developing and filming their Little Ninjas program.
Onder is a forward-thinking leader that understands how to problem solve through innovation and creativity. In 2017 Onder co-produced and acted in a full-length feature film, "Diamond in the Rough." Later, in 2018, he was one of the leading producers and shared the screen with Clifton Powel in a feature film, "Soul Custody." In 2019, Onder produced a horror/comedy TV pilot and an episode of a reality show, Love Ed. In the summer of 2020, Onder helped produce and star in a comedy TV pilot currently under development.
His two decades of professional experience have made him proficient in various business environments and industry sectors. He continuously works alongside corporate leaders inside the Denver healthcare system, fine-tuning operations and creating a productive environment. Onder's expertise spans business management and operations, film production, directing, acting, and choreographing.
