Hugo Velazco better known as 'Director Hugo V.' is a director, producer, writer and musician of Mexican descent. Raised in the Jefferson Park & Crenshaw districts of Los Angeles, CA. He graduated from U.S.C. and has worked at MCA Records and Full Moon Features. Recognized for having worked on music videos with Gold and Platinum artists MC Eiht of 'Compton's Most Wanted', B-Real of 'Cypress Hill', Kemo the Blaxican of 'Delinquent Habits' and Sick Jacken of 'The Pyshco Realm'.
Director Hugo V was asked to appear in an episode of 'Sisterhood of Hip Hop' Season 2 (2015) but was cut from the final airing.
His music videos boast cameos by Bishop Don Magic Juan, Glasses Malone, Mellow Man Ace, Shifty Shellshock of 'Crazy Town', Sen Dog of 'Cypress Hill', Tha Chill of 'Comptons' Most Wanted' and adult film star Angie Savage.
Director Hugo V. likes to make a personal cameo appearance in every music video he directs.
