Alyssa Forman
Alyssa fell in love with the stage when she was taken to her first Broadway play, Beauty and the Beast, when she was ten years old. Growing up she was encouraged to grow and flourish in her artistic talents never knowing where they might take her. When she turned sixteen she began acting in the musical theatre shows performed with the Performance Project at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts. She has had the privilege of performing as "Maria" in Stephen Sondheim's West Side Story, multiple roles in Victor Hugo's Les Miserables, as well as many others.
Having found her passion in musical theatre, she found a new experience as she auditioned for her first ever film in 2015; Road to Hope, directed and produced by Rahab Productions and Livewire Films. The whole process of making a film production was very different from the musical theatre productions she was used to, but is definitely something she is interested in exploring further.
Alyssa has grown up and lived in South Florida her entire life and loves the relaxed atmosphere she grew up in. She loves photography, singing, dancing, good coffee, meeting new people, going to the beach, and, of course, acting. Alyssa is blessed to have the constant support and love from her family and friends.
She believes that everyone should strive to be the best they can be in whatever they do. But most importantly, to "make the world a better place because you have lived in it."
