Richard Hele

Richard 'Rocco' Hele started as a bass player in local Torbay bands then studied Film & Drama at Bulmershe College, Reading. He made a number of short films on Super 8 and video: 'The Day the Fridge Caught Fire' (87), 'The Greeks' (88), 'The Zombie Deathray' (89), 'Crab Killers' (90), 'House of Strangers' (90) and 'Alligator Man' (92). They were undistinguished. Scripts submitted to BFI New Directors were all rejected. Richard was a supporter of producer Adam Torel's 'Lowlife Love' (2015).
