Hey, Bachelor Nation fans. We've got some very sad news for you guys in this report, especially if you were a fan of former The Bachelor headliner Chris Soules. You guys remember him, right? He appeared on Andi Dorfman's season of the Bachelorette. Then he went on to headline his own series of The Bachelor following Andi's season. This was around 2014 and 2015. Well, things have not been going so great for Chris since then. He apparently got into some major, major trouble back in 2017 when he hit a guy in his hometown of Iowa and then fled the scene. The guy he hit later died! Chris was charged with leaving the scene of the fatal car accident that eventually killed Kenneth Mosher. In November of 2018, Chris entered a conditional guilty plea to the crime of: Leaving the Scene of an Accident Resulting in Serious Injury, which is an aggravated misdemeanor.

Fox Entertainment president David Madden told reporters Wednesday that he had hoped to have an “X-Files” announcement to announce on Wednesday.
But alas, as Fox TV Group chairman/CEO Gary Newman told IndieWire later, a deal with stars Gillian Anderson and David Duchovny, as well as executive producer Chris Carter, continues to be a logistic challenge for the network and sister studio 20th Century Fox TV.
As a result, Newman said he doesn’t expect the show to return during the upcoming 2017-18 TV season.
“My expectation is we will not have something next season,” he said. “It could be Fall 2018 or [Winter] 2019. It isn’t impossible that it couldn’t turn around and happen next year, but the clock is getting pretty tight. There’s no negativity, there’s no issues, I think they’d all like to do it. But it isn’t an easy decision for them. We...

The Grammy Awards was king on Presidents Day, but “The Bachelor” scored a pretty regal boast, too: Last night, the ABC dating series topped “The X-Files” for the first time in the key 18-49 demographic. Fox brass can hang their hats on the fact that the channel edged ABC overall across primetime — at least partially because the Dana Walden-Gary Newman-run network airs one hour less nationally. The Disney-owned broadcaster bested Fox among total viewers, however. Per fast national numbers, the Grammys handed CBS a 7.4 rating/22 share and 23.7 million total viewers across primetime. But while the awards easily (and.
