For over 18 months Carolina photographed for Sea Shepherd Conservation Society, documenting many parts of the world while covering various environmental issues, from the illegal poaching of whales in the Southern Ocean Whale Sanctuary to the trafficking of shark fins in the remote islands of the South Pacific.
Carolina A Castro also has worked as a producer and camera operator for Animal Planet's TV show "Whale Wars" as well as a TV pilot of Sea Shepherd's Operation Requiem.
