Amy Scott of NPR's "Marketplace" has put on her directors cap for the first time in her film "Oyler" which takes a look at an urban school in Cincinnati, Ohio. They say it takes a village to raise a child but it takes more than that when the odds are stacked against schools in which test scores shouldn't be all that matters.
