- Selwyn G. Roberts is a man of many titles, who is poised for success. He is a certified NFL Sports Agent, public servant, retired military officer, business owner, husband, and father. Born in 1982 in Georgetown, Guyana on the continent of South America, he relocated to East Orange, New Jersey at the age of four when his parents attempted to give him a better childhood and upbringing.
While growing up, Selwyn gravitated towards business, mathematics, and technology. He won the majority of the mathematical competitions at Jackson Academy (elementary school), he also won 1st place at the city-wide Spelling Bee, and was featured by CBS News and Black Enterprise Magazine for placing in the top 20 for young stock market investors in the state of New Jersey. After his high school graduation, he enlisted in the United States Army.
Military History Selwyn would again excel far beyond his peers, he achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant in just five years and a chief warrant officer in only nine years. Besides his fast promotional track at his job, Selwyn deployed to Iraq (2) and Afghanistan (2) for a total of four combat tours. He now manages Army logistics in maintenance and supply, onshore, and across the world in major conflicts. He has received several high military awards, of which include (4) Bronze Star Medals, (2) Meritorious Medal, (7) Army Commendation Medals, (5) Army Achievements, and many other awards for excellence.
Over a span of 20+ years, Selwyn has worked with military leaders and foreign dignitaries from several different countries training key personnel in logistics and maintenance operations, those countries include Czech Republic, Jordan, Iraq, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, UAE, Egypt, Germany, Australia, and Turkey.

His company accumulated $4,000,000 dollars in scholarship money for college-bound students in the first two years, and this number continues to grow each year. Selwyn and Alvin Jones Sr. travel around the country, equipping students all over the nation by hosting sporting events and seminars at various stadiums. In just a few years, his company expanded and now manages and hosts various NFL camps around the country for active NFL players. In 2018, iXhault hosted the largest NFL Football Camp in the country; The Jones Brothers Camp (Aaron Jones Green Bay Packers and Alvin Jones Jr. Baltimore Ravens).
Steinberg Sports & Entertainment After running various football camps for NFL players, Steinberg Sports President, Chris Cabott took notice and offered Selwyn a position at the prestigious Steinberg Sports & Entertainment organization as the Director of Web Development. At Steinberg Sports, Selwyn is responsible for leading the digital technology team, which is responsible for the client website development, SEO, UX testing and design, and analytics. He also provides strategic insight and guidance on digital marketing initiatives, makes data-driven recommendations to optimize and improve ROI. Selwyn tracks and manages timelines, deliverables, and implementation for digital campaigns across internal and external teams. In addition, he coordinates the production, development, and maintenance of new and existing client website projects, and identify opportunities to reduce reliance on external vendors.
