Alicia Beth Dawson has always had a passion for hair. Born and raised in Maryland her career started at the tender age of 12. Being a hair model allowed her to have the experience of being center stage, as well as the excitement of being behind the scenes. Junior High and High School were filled with sports, theatre, and working in the Salon. From studying theatre Alicia Beth developed a love for acting, anything that involved a language accent. Private voice, dance, and acting classes filled her high school and college career. The University of South Carolina provided a diverse culture where she majored in Biology helped her to dive into a career in hair and make-up. Alicia passion for acting was ignited when she was asked to do Hair and Make-up for the film "June Adrift." Soon after she worked on an independent film called "Blink," Alicia's enjoyed being a part of this film because of its profoundly strong message on Post-Traumatic stress disorder. Now under the watchful eye of acting coach Manuel Poblete, she has been able to take her acting and writing skills to new levels. In 2014 Alicia worked closely with Travestee Films and Bello Studios to help cast principal actors and also help with Hair and Make-up. Alicia love for independent film making inspired her to write and produce a hilarious short film called "Just Listen", where she played the lead role as a Struggling actress dealing with unsupported parents. Alicia is currently working as co-producer and co-writer on a feature comedy film called "The Bachelor Plan," being produced by Bello Studios. Alicia's combined talents as an actress, writer and producer make her a valuable asset to any film studio and also a film crowd favorite.
