Sharnya is a natural, diverse, and strong actor which makes her suitable for a
wide variety of roles. Most recently she wrote, co-produced, co-directed
and acted in an award winning short film called 'Choice' which won Best
Drama Short in the Hollywood Just4shorts competition and Best Short Film
at Pride Queer Film Festival amongst many other nominations in festivals in
both Australia and overseas.
Sharnya has been awarded the lead female role in a feature film, many short
films and has acted in a number of TVC''s including the recent national "Make
Smoking History" campaign. She has been involved in a number of TV series
with smaller roles.
In her most recent theatre production Sharnya played Dora Maar in Picasso's
Women and won Best Actor (Female) for her portrayal of the character at
Drama Fest WA 2014.
Aside from being a diverse and experienced actor she is also a talented
singer and experienced botanist. and she is committed to continuing her
journey as an actor and is looking forward to her future acting endeavors.
