The word “jamboree” seems to be an ideal way to describe Indian Cricket at present. The cricket schedules and commitments have created confusion and chaos, not only among the cricketers but more so among the millions of fans following Indian cricket.
One has lost one’s bearing as to who is the Indian captain, who is playing where and in which of the Indian teams.
India seems to have captains coming out of the woodwork. The senior most and officially the man at the helm is Rohit Sharma. However, with the Indian teams being sent to Ireland, the Asia Cup and the Asian Games we have had and appointed in the last two years of international cricket, Hardik Pandya, Jasprit Bhumra, Ruturaj Gaekwad, K.L. Rahul, Rishab Pant and Shikar Dhawan as captains.

Exclusive: Vince Vaughn has teamed up with former Carolina Panthers duo Ryan Kalil and Greg Olsen to launch a podcast network and production company.
The trio have launched Audiorama, which will be backed by Powerhouse Capital, which has previously invested in companies including Wondery and The Athletic.
It will be run by Mikey Fowler, who was previously Director of Audio for Barstool Sports, who joins as VP and General Manager.
Audiorama’s first podcast, which will launch on March 9, will be hosted by Olsen, who has worked for Fox Sports since his retirement. Youth Inc. will explore the changing world of youth sports in America.

ESPN Films will make all six episodes of its new docuseries “Enhanced” available on Monday, July 16, exclusively on its streaming service ESPN+. Executive produced by Academy Award and Emmy-winning filmmaker, “30 for 30” alum Alex Gibney (“Catching Hell”), as well as Stacey Offman, Brad Herbert, Issac Bolden, and Rich Perello. Yet, two years after the idea was first broached to him, that’s exactly what Luke Aikins will do on Saturday as part of Fox’s live “Stride Gum Presents Heaven Sent” event.
It’s there that Aikins will look to join a succession of escalating televised shows of athletic daring that has its DNA in the Evel Kneivel jumps of the ’60s and ’70s and that has continued through another massive televised event like Felix Baumgartner’s 2012 Red Bull Stratos dive. Aikins worked with Baumgartner as part of the training staff that prepared him to jump from the outer limits of space, nearly 25 miles from orbit to landing on Earth.
