the neighborhood community theater, BBF on the West Side of Chicago. It
was then that she developed a deep passion for not only the art of
acting but art in its whole. She learned how to express herself though
drawing, painting, theatre, writing and reading. When she turned
twelve, her family moved to Houston, TX. Lou spent the first
two years in Texas competing in and winning monologue competitions for
her middle school. Throughout her high school years, she put acting on
hold to focus solely on playing sports which earned her a basketball
scholarship to play at the collegiate level. Upon graduating from Texas
A&M-CC with a BS in Exercise Science, she moved to Atlanta to pursue
her childhood dream of film. Her first two months in Atlanta resulted
in her first role, as Andrea in a TV pilot called "Twisted Minds". From
there she has been cast in a few other productions such as "Rich
Brothers", "State", "Dealth Kandy" and TV One's "Fatal Attraction". In her spare time Lou
is focused on giving back to the community and traveling the world to connect with different cultures.
