Over the years Simon has worked in some of the most challenging and exotic environments on our planet.
From the frozen landscapes of the Arctic and Antarctic to the deserts of Namibia and North Africa, beaches in Goa, South Africa, Florida and coral islands off the coast of Mozambique, Simon has gathered all his experience and taken his versatility to his on-set photography relying on his close relationship with the cast and crew to capture powerful moments.
A photograph does not present itself, it has to be found within the restrictions of where the photographer is working along with the understanding and trust of everyone on set. His ability to grab those vital seconds is what he does best.
There is no brief from which he has returned without satisfaction and a smile. The images he finds reflect his absolute professionalism and commitment.
It was once remarked that he would take a bullet for his camera, fortunately this scenario has not as yet presented itself.

Quark Antarctic Expedition accredited Zodiac (RIB) driver.
Quark Antarctic Crevasse Rescue Team.
STCW 95 Seafarer's Training
Emergency 1st Aid & CPR and Quark Antarctic MERT team.
PADI Advanced & Mixed Gas Diver.
