Trained at The French Culinary Institute. Worked professionally in
upscale New York city kitchens such as le Cirque 2000 and The Sony
Club. Creates healthy versions of childhood favorites and American
comfort food classics. Teaches healthy cooking and hopes to one day
operate a mobile cooking school which would travel to parts of the
country with high incidences of cancer, heart disease, and type 2
diabetes, to instruct those at risk on how to prepare healthy meals on
a limited budget. Interested in televised cooking competitions and
appearances as culinary host and/or brand ambassador.
