Lisa Kirazian is a screenwriter/director and playwright with more
twenty scripts to her credit. She recently adapted and directed the
short film, Reflection Day, for Aquarius Productions and has produced
documentary short films.
Several of her screenplays, including Mr. First Date, Cassatt and Degas, The Man in the Alley, and Getting Van Gogh, have placed in major competitions and festivals. Twelve of her stage plays (including The Blackstone Sessions, The Visitor, On Air and Switch) have been produced and have won numerous awards.
Her writing has appeared in the Los Angeles Times, Performing Arts Magazine, San Diego Union Tribune and in many other publications. She is in demand as a speaker and has been a guest on KPBS Public Radio and at various conferences. Lisa has also edited and written introductions for a variety of audio books. She is a graduate of Stanford University.
Her novels include The Music We Made, inspired by her experience as a violinist and in development as a miniseries. She is next at work on Appassionato - the sequel to The Music We Made.
