Jesse Ortega(II)

Jesse Humberto Ortega was born and raised in San Francisco, California
in 1979. He started his acting career in 2013 after returning from a
sabbatical in China which shifted his interest from Information
Technology into the arts. He started the year performing in various
videos and short film projects. His interest in acting first began at
U.C. Davis (1997-2002), where he majored in Communications, but also
took as many art and acting courses that his schedule allowed. Two
years after graduating from UCD, he attained a second degree at the
Academy of Art University in San Francisco (2004-2006), where he
majored in 3D Character Animation. Attending the Academy of Art gave
him the opportunity to be close to the arts once again. His first
credited works are "The Breeze You Can't Hold" (2013), directed by Le
Li, and "The Copper Bullet" (2013), directed by Hiep-Son Nguyen, where
he worked alongside talented cast and crew.
