Nico Ramsey
Born Nicholas Stephan Ramsey, award winning American actor Nico Ramsey
was born in Danbury, Connecticut November 28, 1994. Making his acting
debut at the young age of five, Nico played Wolf #6 in the Missoula
Children's Theatre production of "Little Red Riding Hood" in Portland,
Oregon. Since then, Nico has appeared in over a dozen live theatrical
plays and musicals all over the country performing everywhere from The
Bass Hall in Fort Worth, Texas to the live music stages of Disney World
in Orlando, Florida. In 2009, Nico was the youngest to be nominated for
a Betty Lynn Buckley Award for his performance in Peter Pan the
Musical. As Nico continued to grow older he realized that his passion
really was in film. Shortly after the completion of Peter Pan, Nico
began studying acting for film in Dallas, Texas using the methods and
technique of Sanford Meisner. Within months Nico began booking lead and
supporting roles in small films all around the state of Texas. After
his first year of college, Nico was offered a internship at Detour Film
Production in Austin, Texas where he interned for director Richard
Linklater.
