As a cinematic composer, Eduardo Noya (Noia) has twice collaborated with award-winning Québécois filmmaker Xavier Dolan, in the movies "Laurence Anyways" and "Mommy." Here, Noya brought viewers deep into the characters' subconscious, tapping into their surrealist inner workings. His work on "Laurence Anyways" earned him a 2013 Canada Screen Awards nomination for Best Original Score. In 2016 he won the Socan Award in the category Music for Film with "Mommy".
During the same year he worked on the period drama "Versailles." Set in King Louis XIV's high court, Noya's score provides the perfect complement to the TV series' intrigue, keeping viewers locked in tension and glory.
