Tyler Hosley was born on September 25, 1989 in Florida. The son of
Andrea Hosley and
Tim Hosley, Tyler grew up in Deltona, Florida
loving horror movies and films in general. Hosley graduated from Pine
Ridge High School in 2009 and studied film at the Seminole State
College of Florida. An avid fan of horror, drug, crime, and exploitation cinema as
well as anything bizarre and experimental, Tyler's biggest cinematic
inspirations are Rob Zombie,
Harmony Korine, Larry Clark, and
John Waters. His all-time favorite
film is House of 1000 Corpses. The tattooed no-budget filmmaker loves to write movies about damaged characters who suffer from addictions.
