Talk about a royal laugh! Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall tested out a whimsical machine in Wales on Wednesday - and was told she has a "high standard of giggle." The silly contraption, based on one of Roald Dahl's books, was part of the Duchess's visit to promote literacy in the famed author's birthplace, Cardiff. Dahl's widow Liccy, 77, tells People, "Her Royal Highness was somewhat flummoxed by the machine. Of course the children will love it. She's very warm and said to me [on another visit], 'I wish my grandchildren were here.' She understands these children and has a love for them.
